Some of the communication tools are cumbersome. for instance, it's difficult to attach a picture to your text. I think most manufacturers through this site end up communicating through WhatsApp. also. they kind of bombard me with all sorts of products that have nothing to do with what I need. it's difficult to pair down suppliers as well but that is more due to the fact that there's so many in China. but, it is effective and they've built-in protections on payment going through the MIC site.

This app is really great. So far in my experience the customer service has been second to none. Courtesy and kindness you don't find much of here in the states these days. 4 stars only because some of the pricing lures you in and then get you with the shipping cost. And the metric system is not something I'm custom too. Other than that if you do your research and know what to look for this is a great savings app for some quality items.

No trade yet. But this system has given no problems. I see value here. It's a matter of how negotiations work for me and if I get what I expect regarding size and quality... So far all parties concerned have been amenable to bartering. I have samples on their way and the app inbox is full and filling with replies I'm expecting. So far so good. Thanks
